By accessing or using LynkIQ.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
LynkIQ.ai is an enterprise migration and integration platform that enables users to transfer data between various business platforms including CRM systems, email marketing tools, e-commerce platforms, and more.
Zero Data Retention: LynkIQ.ai processes migrations in real-time. Your business data flows directly between platforms and is never stored on our servers.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Subscription Plans
- Starter Plan: $99 one-time payment for up to 5,000 records
- Professional Plan: $499 one-time payment for up to 25,000 records
- Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing for unlimited records
4.2 Payment Terms
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Record limits apply to monthly migration volumes.
4.3 Refund Policy
Due to the immediate delivery of our digital services:
- Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no migrations have been initiated.
- Partial refunds may be considered for unused record allocations at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Violate intellectual property rights of others
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Use the Service to migrate data you don't have rights to transfer
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
6. User Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
- You retain ownership of all data you migrate through our Service.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to transfer any data.
- We process your data only as necessary to provide the Service.
7. Platform Credentials
Important: When you provide API keys or OAuth credentials, you authorize LynkIQ.ai to access your accounts on connected platforms solely for the purpose of performing migrations.
- Credentials are encrypted using Fernet encryption.
- All credentials automatically expire after 4 hours.
- You can revoke access at any time through your connected platforms.
- We recommend using scoped API keys with minimum necessary permissions.
8. Service Availability
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- We may suspend service for maintenance with reasonable notice.
- Third-party platform availability is outside our control.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LynkIQ.ai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Migrations will be 100% accurate in all cases
- All platform integrations will be available at all times
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LynkIQ.ai shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LynkIQ.ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of a third party
- Data you migrate through the Service
13. Termination
- You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
- We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
- Unused record allocations are non-refundable upon termination.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent website notice at least 30 days before taking effect.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
16. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
